I had ordered 4 refrigerator filters and they did not work. The General Manager called me sent me return shipping label. Good customer service.

Try to make a purchase using a credit card everything was properly filled out and it kept rejecting saying PayPal has rejected this transaction. When I called and told the technician that I was getting an error message for PayPal and I was using a credit card he talked to me like I was an idiot. He said everything had it would be run througmust be a pretty small organization that they have to run their cards like that.That alone would make me hesitant to make a purchase on this website.
I Ordered a shower head filter and it does wonders. I use to itch from the water but now this allows me to enjoy my hot shower's . So those of you that may be like myself having a skin condition . I highly recommend this filter and I even order for my sink now after looking into the benefits of the water. nothing better then softer skin and great tasting water!
