This is their flagship store you will often find stuff at this location you will not find at other locations.... Very friendly helpful knowledgeable staff... Would definitely recommend looking here before purchasing elsewhere

Since the coronavirus struck America (thanks a lot, China) the Fin, Feather, and Fur outfitter in Ashland, Ohio has been operating with reduced hours, opening Tuesday through Friday at noon. But on Saturday they open at 9 a.m. which gives the early birds the chance to acquire a box or 3 of ammunition, with limited quantities of certain calibers, and shop for other needed outdoor items like firearms, magazines, holsters, ammo cans, clothing, accessories and a nice selection of gun safes and ammo cabinets. On each visit I discover new and interesting items in the various departments including the upstairs firearms and ammunition section, and the downstairs reloading section. The Fin, Feather, and Fur staff are always willing to answer questions and help in any way possible. The girls at the checkout counter are always friendly and expeditious. Don't hesitate to pull off of Interstate 71 at Exit 186 in Ashland, Ohio and give this outfitter store a \gander\. (Now, there's a shot across the bow of an old competitor that has gone under.)

While the prices on the ammo and reloading supplies seem to be a bit higher here than they are elsewhere or online comparatively speaking, they also have the best selection for a local store by far. (although at the time of writing this review in February 2021, this seems to be the ONLY place you can find primers in stock locally.)
