Very supportive staff, We are a logistics company, got stuck at this location due to mess up by the broker, on top of it none from the brokerage company were picking the phones or responding. My dispatcher was not able to help the drivers with any answer. Since it being a weekend, we did not know what to do. Lowe's came as a savior, to help us in this matter, The lady at the dispatch on 10/03/2020, morning shift is very nice and cordial. She was clear in her communications and got us a fix. Our team of drivers were happy as they were still on schedule and can go back home on time and spend time with family.
