Best service ever! This is the only place I will take my rugs to get a good cleaning, fringe trim or repair. They do everything by hand and my rugs come back absolutely beautiful. Ashot has a lot of knowledge about rug dyes, what they are made of, where and when they were made, so he knows what products to use for every specific rug, it's incredible. My rugs are always in the best hands! I recommend them 100%.

I inherited several Persian rugs that my parents purchased in Iran back in the 1970s. My mother was pretty insistent on keeping them in great shape, but we have always used them as normal rugs in the house. I figured it was finally time to get the main rug cleaned and repaired. The fringe was starting to unravel and needed to get fixed. Also, having cats and pugs brought a lot of dirt and stuff into the house. Picked up the rug today and it is absolutely beautiful. The new fringe will last for another 50 years! Will post pics once I roll it out and get some. I will certainly be bringing in the Persian Twin rugs that I have for a cleaning soon! I should add that they are wonderful and friendly people. Here is the finished rug. Cleaned and trim fixed. The orange rug is next to go in for cleaning along with its identical twin.

Cleaned my wool rugs beautifully. My rugs were really dirty and they took the time to hand wash and rinse them and make them soft, bright and clean again. Very impressed. The turn around time was only a few days. Definitely will use them again and again. Very kind and caring.

I'm more than pleased with the quality of work and customer service. I have an heirloom rug that's been in my family for several generations. It didn't received the care it deserve, so it was in pretty bad shape due to the neglect. They restored the rug to it's original beauty. I would trust them with any oriental rug!

I brought two oriental rugs to Fine Designer Rugs that we inherited to be cleaned and one of them needed an extensive repair. They did such a great job. I am so pleased with how the rugs turned out. I also bought a hand knotted rug from them that is high quality and it was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Fine Designer Rugs because they are very knowledgeable and do wonderful work on cleaning and repairs. They also have a nice selection of rugs to purchase.
