Made a special trip here to look at some new shoes and was turned away because there was a line of people waiting to buy the new Jordans. Mmmkay, not even allowed to browse, I'll take my business else where!

Great store & nice greating when walked in. The layout is well thought out & easy to see the merch. The cashier could have been nicer or maybe cracked a smile. It was Christmas eve so I guess it could have just been a bad day for her. As always they are high priced but to be expected, after all it is Finish Line...

Yoooooooo. EXTREMELY disappointed. Drove 45 min to get a pair of Jordans... The last pair available was BOOTLEG BOOTLEG. Glue dripping down the side. Creased bottom insides. The sides were creased like 35 people tried them on. I CAN TELL THEY WERE FAKE FAKE. NONE of the employees looked like Jordan fans . And they had no clue if they were fake or not. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYING Js here. I'll never ever come back. Just close. Or fire Managers. I took pics for reviews on other platforms. I'll be uploading YouTube experience...SMH

I wish I remembered his name but I believe he was a manager. I got an education on how to wear shoes, that's for sure! Walked out with a pair of Brooks GT20's. Great shoe, great fit, and great price!
