Came in this evening and bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. Took the size recommendation from the sales person based off of what she normally wears. Unfortunately, they’re a 1/2 size too small. I called and asked if they had the correct size in stock and they did. I asked to have them held considering they closed in 5 min and I’m 30 min away. I was told “no because they might have to go to an online customer”. I am a customer that already spent money in your store! I clearly want them or I wouldn’t have purchased them already! The store manager Shane needs to take a class in customer service. Worst service EVER. Which is too bad because I have spent an insane amount of money in that store because they offer Military discount, so we are loyal customers. Apparently once they have your money they don’t care. They lost great customers today. Wish I could give a zero star.

Boo!! I had to post w/a star, but they do not deserve that! I have absolutely no idea what is going on in this store! Associates, were busy doing everything, but their job!. One associate thought it would be a good idea to mop the floor at 626pm while there were customers inside shopping. I legit slipped almost fell and now my hip hurts!

pathetic, they told me they had a shoe, i go in less then 10 minutes later, and they said they dont haveit. 15 minutes after an employee had all the shoes

Horrible service. Went to go pick up a shoe reserved for me, they needed my ID, and wouldn’t sell it to me because the app had my name as Sammy and my ID name is Samuel. Manger is void of common sense.

The whole time I was there not once did I get acknowledged or asked if I needed help. I was looking foward to buying a pair of shoes but left and bought them online instead.

Friday the 24th I was suppose to be to the jordan creek finishline to claim my raffle from 1pm to 3pm for the Air Jordan 12 the store was not open there was no note on the door called customer service was told they would email the store manager and still have not heard nothing about the shoes
