Went in looking for a pair of brooks for my husband and couldn’t find a pair on my own so I try to ask a worker if they sold them and was completely ignored. I didn’t receive any help for about 10 minutes nor was I greeted. After those 10 minutes a young man by the name of Trevor now comes to greet me however the whole time he didn’t have a mask on during this pandemic we are going through and it made me very uncomfortable. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Remind me to never go back in here again. Ew the employees are ruthless. Was not asked if I needed any help and when I asked why hasn’t anyone approached me or even noticed I walked in the store they couldn’t answer and just said “MY BAD” what does that even mean? What happened to I am terribly sorry about that miss, how can I help you. Thumbs down for this store

Stores is very dusty associates are very pushy and when you state you don’t need help they give you ignorant look then make jokes with their crew. Poorly run store. Last time I go in there.

I recommend going to a different shoe store this place is run down. Mean environment they just want you to get out the store. Hibbett and champssports has amazing service. more knowledge and attendant staff.
