Took almost a hour for what is typically a 10 minute process. I even called ahead to expedite my business I had to conduct there. Would have been helpful to know that I would have to download a app potentially even 2 apps )that was never explained) to even gain access to the building. Had I been told over the phone I would have been prepared

I purchased a car. Transporter went to pick it up but noticed that the Front was crashed. Bumper hanging I called Copart wanting a refund because On pictures the car was 100% nice, one owner never in accident undamaged. They told me that the best they can do is take care of my 15 storage fee. I was furious. Im posting Pictures. Lot # 59656369
Quite frankly, I was surprised by the great customer service over the phone when I first called, followed by even better, polite and helpful clerk in person. The only downside to my trip was that somebody had already removed my firstborn baby's shoes from the mirror. But yes, I'd probably do business with them next time

Kali o’neal, gm of this copart. They fall down my bike. Almost 700 used broken parts just in their yard. He did not even show up to excuse of customer. A representative said we can refund you. But i drove 1000 miles to pick this up. So they knew always its not value for customer to return, they take advantage of customers. They can credit for anything like storage for futures, but they dont. They just reduced 70 storage charged of this bike!!! Instead of 700 broken parts today! Because this kind of things day by day copart is loosing customers
