They don’t do their job correctly...the dumpster has been sitting outside my house for days now and I saw today when the dumpster truck passed by and only picked up one garbage can from the whole street and ignored the rest of the dumpsters outside on the houses!!!! Bad job

Generally easy to work with. I'm a residential customer for about 5 years. There's been some driver turnover. I'm limited to 3x trash cans per visit. However, if I call the office first the driver will take the 4th if needed. Price is in line with the market.

I'm still waiting for my money come back... I paid 594 for 20yard Wednesday and they came with 30 yard (of course was too big to my yard but they don't say me that before delivering) I decided I don't want the container and they told me that they charge me 150 just for the travel to my house (crazy) and in 2 days they send me back the rest of my money(450) .. but today is almost a week and I don't receive nothing!!!
