Unfortunately my experience was not the best. After waiting a month for an appointment, the inspection took less than ten minutes and they didn't identify the issue correctly. I'm still working to solve it several months later and after talking with 5 other contractors - they should have been able to identify the issue quickly and easily if truly fireplace experts. I definitely do not recommend this company.
