I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. no one showed so I called. They apologized, said they could do it at 4 p.m. same day. 5 p.m. came and no one ever showed. I called and they said he's 15 minutes away from you. It's about 6 p.m. and the business isn't answering anymore. So, they wasted all of my day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and still no technician or phone call back. Very bad service. How does this place stay open if they don't keep appointments? Maybe there are no technicians. Maybe it's just that Mike guy who always answers and messes things up. Thanks mike
If zero were an option I would do it. Glass was installed incorrectly was told they would come fix it that was Friday no show no call back after several messages. Called today and they were sup[posed to be there no show (monday) finally got through at 451 and was told I will check with the tech and call you back well its 7pm now and still no call back. Nobody answers the phone I have called several times and left messages the business says 8-8 and call us 24/7 but they don't answer. Is this why this number has moire than one name of a glass company attached to it shoddy service and taking peoples money???
They installed the wrong window for my car. They told me they were going to replace it and it has been over 2 months now.
