Ray and his team are absolutely AMAZING at what they do! Ray cares about not just getting you into a house, but getting you and your family into the RIGHT house. My husband and I bought our first home using First American two years ago and we definitely did not have a large budget compared to most of the people buying in the Springs. But we were treated with so much respect and patience even when it took upwards of two months to find our home! We never felt rushed or pressured, only encouraged to wait for our home to come along. Tom and I have know Ray for many years, both personally and professionally. We met Ray on a visit to Colorado Springs and we were looking to move from the Seattle area to the Springs. His ad mentioned working with veterans, Tom is a retired Army Officer, that got Tom's attention. Ray was not really in the office to work the day we dropped in, but was willing to take the time to talk with us. It took us about 2 years to get to the Springs and Ray was with us all the way. The house we finally ended up buying was in the Peregrine area, we had seen a similar floor plan and liked it but had never walked through the house before we bought it. Ray walked through every room with a video cam and took pictures and talked about each room. He went way beyond what most realtors would do. He was our eyes and ears for the inspections, the final walk through and the closing. Ray just sold that house and is working with us on a new build in Woodland Park. He again is being another set of eyes and ears for the Woodland Park home, where he is representing us once again.
