Over the past 5 years, I have been a customer of First Class Auto Sales. I have always had the most pleasant experiences with the sales team and finance members. It is up to the individual to THOROUGHLY inspect a car before purchasing. Especially since all they sell are USED CARS! I was told I could bring a mechanic to check out the cars before buying. The responsibility is always on the owner to know what they are buying. Any issues with repairs were taken care of by the 3 year, 30,000 mile warranty I purchased. I had very little out of pocket expenses for the 3 vehicles I bought. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very good customer services and also a very good atmosphere to be around. They make you feel at home as well as comfortable when buying and looking at a car. Ms.D was very helpful and also very knowledgeable about everything she was doin so I invite any and everyone to visit First class if you are looking for a great car , very nice customer service and a unique line up of cars to choose from
They don't deserve 1 star!!!!! But since they acted like they were going to fix it...ill give 1 star cause they can lie very good...YES I ALSO Bought a piece of crap!!! Day 1 started acting bad. Didn't drive it 1 full hour after purchase and it cut off (in traffic)!!!! Heat went out! Horn went out! Wrong gas gap so that light stays on! & Yes check engine light stays on( & nobody knows why). The car was ridged to seem good enough to buy but 1hour after signing papers it fell apart. That free warranty they offer don't cover anything..it's a waste of my signature and only a way for them to seem to care. If you working hard for your money and don't want to be taken advantage of DO NOT GO HERE!!! I gave the benefit of the doubt but just like these other reviews I wasted my money That I didn't have. Now I'm stuck with a piece of crap! Go some where else Please!!! If it's not in writing before you sign contract don't believe anything...they memory is real bad when it comes to remembering stuff you said was wrong on the test drive for them to fix...& they left a checklist in the car that says the stuff that was wrong was recently good and functioning...A LIE!!!!.....as if they even service those cars... They make sure That as is IS JUST THAT AS IS IN THE STATE THE LAST OWNER GAVE IT TO THEM..... God don't like ugly and its His job to punish companies like this that internationally sell people worthless crap...
First Class Auto Sales was a good experience overall. Some of the things that took it to good to great service for me was the fact that everything is explained properly around what it would take for me to ride today, they took it one step further to contact sources that they work with to ensure I got what I needed around the best quotes to suit my vehicle purchase.
Despite seeing bad reviews, I tried First Class Auto Sales and I am VERY pleased with the results!! The team worked hard to earn my business and to meet my need for a quality vehicle for my budget! Thank You So MUCH FIRST CLASS AUTO SALES!!
I highly recommend you go get your car from first class auto in bessemer the customer service is out standing the payments are reasonable and everyone is kind and helping Ms.D is one of the best customer service representative. So go see them you want be disappointed.
This place is ridiculous! I drove off te lot in a 2007 GMC Acadia with the check engine light on. I was told by one of the sales women by the name of Dionna that it was only on because of the navigation system being attached to the car. Now I don't know everything but I know bull crap when I hear it. Me being in an emergency situation needing a second vehicle to ensure that my family routine is functional and convenient will admit that by this being the car for my family as far as room and style I rushed into something that I already regret even after only 2 weeks of having the car. Got a computer check from auto zone and all of these codes came up. I gave them to First class auto sales and they got the vehicle claimed everything was fixed in one day. I get the car back and the same thing is going on with it. I took the car to the mechanic and he detects transmission problems with the car. When I told the finance manager Mr. Darroll he stated that it wasn't true... I drove with this mechanic and he pointed out everything by example. Feeling how the transmission is slipping and not switching to the next gear. Mr. Darroll said I bought the car as is. which now I understand why. They sell you raggedy cars with no warranty so they won't have to deal with fixing the car. While i'm also at fault with signing papers that I didn't read and didn't ask him to explain to me and he didn't bother by doing so either. I cant get my money back if I return the vehicle. He told me to sign where the highlight was and as I signed he flipped from page to page. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM EVEN FOR 75.00 THAT THEY GIVE YOU FOR REFERRING THEM. I WOULDNT WISH THESE PROBLEMS ON MY WORSE ENEMY. DON'T GO THERE IN NEED BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. BUT LIKE MR. DARROLL SAID "THIS IS BUSINESS"
