Called very last minute (as in less than 24 hours) to arrange for a singing telegram - the owner was very accommodating and made it happen - our office enjoyed the singing gorilla very much!!!
Ordered the singing gorilla for a party. Several hours before the party I was notified he didn't have anyone to come. Emergencies happen but as a professional I would think he would have a back up plan! It was only to be a 15 minute event.... & he, as the owner, couldn't put a costume on to follow through on his promise? Very disappointed since this was THE birthday present!! Not reliable, don't trust them with your event.
