I was alarmed when I saw a collection account for a medical bill and immediately called the agency FFCC. The woman who answered listened to my concerns and informed me that although I was willing to pay that I should take the time to request proof of coverage which would rectify the account. I was MORE than willing to pay the 75 just as long as it got removed from my credit report. But Celia DID the right thing to ensure I owed the balance prior to blindly taking my money. She was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Considering I did not have this amount in my budget she was a Godsend for doing the right thing. It's refreshing knowing how they ethical they conduct business

The opposite with Professionals. the lady i was talking with she was washing her hands from responsibility .. asking me to talk with the Hospital. Plus he favorite words was i don't know and we will close soon ... .. The hospital Never told about this additional bill of 75.. It came from nowhere no letters /invoices straight collation . My opinion 100% Scam
It's 0 stars. All of the sudden, I have a derogatory mark on my credit report and I don't know why. I pay all my bills on time, so I don't understand how this can happen without so much as one letter from this company. If this is regarding an ambulance or hospital bill, BOTH were paid in full by check and BOTH posted to my bank account in June. My Medical Insurance and I were in contact with both parties and didn't even go into Final Notice status. Unbelievable!! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
The first person I dealt with through the company made me feel depressed cuz i was having difficulty trying to keep up with payments. But Rocco has been amazing. He makes me feel like a human being and not just this delinquent account in some computer. He is accommodating and very helpful with trying to find ways for me to pay my account off. I am trying. Its slow but my account balancing is going down with every payment. And Rocco makes me feel confident with every payment.
A Lady called Celia gave me the most accurate information regarding my account, her understanding was amazing, very professional and the most important thing about her was, she spoke \\\Spanish\\\. Thank you so much for your help!!! two thumbs up for you girl.
