My day on sea with First Light Charters was a fantastic experience. It didn’t take long to realize captain Chuck was incredibly knowledgeably about his craft, eager to assist and answer any questions. The person I went with is an experienced fisherman, but I am definitely an amateur. Captain chuck catered to both our individual needs. I’d highly recommend this charter to experienced fishers, occasional fishers, and amateurs just like me. Last, but not least, we killed it during our time on the water! Chuck was great at finding us bites. We caught a boat load of Sea Bass, Taug, and flounder. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll for sure be back for another great day on the water with First Light Charters.

Such a great experience. My 12 year old son requested to go out. I've never fished before, so not only did I want this to be a memorable experience but also one in which we could learn. Captain Chuck made sure not only to get us into good spots to reel in fish but also explained the \how\ and \why\ of what we were doing. It was definitely a great time and great eating for a few days. We will be back!
Captain Chuck from beginning to end was first class! Had My oldest Son and myself on The fish we were after all day long! He enjoyed it probably as much as we did. The boat is clean and top notch equipment and gear. We were all smiling and laughing all day! Was one of the best charters I’ve been on Ever!He went above and beyond not only did we find one of the best! But we walked away feeling like we found a new friend as well. Can’t say enough and won’t forget!
My son and I had a great 8 hour trip with Capt Cook. We caught some nice keeper flounder and sea bass and a few other species. He worked hard to keep us on fish all day I would highly recommend him.
Captain Cook was great. We did a 3 hour night trip and he put us on a ton of blues and stripers with light tackle. He is knowledgeable, well prepared, and just a great guy to fish with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
