So disappointing. We came to public skate today and checked ahead of time to make sure masks were required. The other adults present were not masked, so rather than confronting them we decided to just request a refund and leave. Your staff member (Ms. Schultz?) was extremely disrespectful even though we were not so to her. I said “Hi, is there someone I can talk to about a refund? I understand kids not wearing masks but the adults aren’t.” And rudely she told me to “Just stop” while wearing her own mask below her nose. After she said that I said excuse me and asked her name which she refused to give, because she apparently did not want to be named in a complaint. She gave me the refund, which I appreciate but I guess that’s the way the Fuel Tank staff talks to people? Since you promise to enforce masks on your website, it seems like you need to make sure your staff is onboard with that. If not, it might help to update the website to not state that masks are required/enforced. After reading other reviews, I’m no longer surprised at the appalling customer service.

Good fun for the girls on a Saturday evening. Would have given 5 stars but they are not doing a good job with doing accurate temperatures checks and despite what they are saying on their website they are not strictly enforcing masks nor are even mentioning anything to those not wearing masks.
A little expensive but my kids absolutely loved it and I had more than 10 minutes to myself so definitely worth it
Fantastic place to skate, but the Saturday night free skating was pretty packed with people, all with masks and temp checked, but while waiting for Zamboni to clean, no social distancing was exercised. Also the cubbies had a standing mass in front of it all night. I realize it's up to individuals to practice social distancing, but there was a number of staff on the ice all night, so it would be possible for them to coordinate letting people off the ice in increments and ask them to stand around the rink in a more distanced way. It would be nice if staff monitored the cubby area. I would definitely give more stars if I could see more care with social distancing, because the rink is well kept and clean, and the rental skates are the best rentals I think I've ever seen.
