My grandchildren and I had an excellent time. My grandson picked up the top prize in this machine, he was so excited, but my granddaughter was not so happy. My fiancé came to the rescue and got her top prize tickets. The staff was excellent and so nice and understanding, because my 2 year old grandson was all over the place. This was our first time here but definitely not out last.

If I could give TEN stars I would!!! We celebrated a very special 21st birthday party for my twins at Pinheads and Alley's Alehouse. We were greeted by some very bubbly young women who were very professional with taking our temperature and getting us seated. Even though we had a larger party, we were still seated next to each other in two tables. Our server Anthony was amazing and very prompt. The Music Bingo DJ was very fun and helped make dinner even more festive. When we moved to the bowling side to get our lane reservation, the employees running the shoe counter were wonderful to work with! They played some fun requests for our group. The bartenders were terrific!! They kept an open tab for our two lanes of people and it was seamless. Thank you Pinheads and Alley's Alehouse!!! We really had a wonderful time!!!

Arcade was great. But we were told it was an hour wait for bowling.. so we waited. 2 hours later, we find out they underquoted us for the wait. So we basically waited 2 hours for nothing. Then we were told we needed to wait an additional amount of time. Definitely wasn’t expecting to waste over 2 hours waiting for a lane. Very disappointed. They were not apologetic at all.

It would be 5 stars but our only issue was the wizard of Oz coin pusher froze with a ton of spins left and the attendant said she would fill our card for the spins we were missing out on, left with our card and came back and there was nothing added to the card but she told us there was. Other than that this place is great, priced way better than any other arcade place you could go to in Indiana. We will be back for sure

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Pin Heads for the first time, today.. I pictured another old, stinky, over priced bowling alley in my head and when I walked in, I thought I was in a nice high end family fun center!! The food was delicious, the staff is so nice and helpful.. the one thing I didn't like about it.. the arcade.. the arcade is confusing for me let a lone my 6 year old.. there's cards that get money put on to them, seems smart, swipe the card at the game and that's it!! Well no it goes on point system that does not make sense with the American dollar.. each game we tried was \12.50 points to play\ ... Is that 12.50 per game? We found out that that is not the case, but a point scale for an arcade the hosts 3-¹³ year olds to play.. way too confusing for them and we lose money, which means Pin Heads gains that money.. don't think internally but something to work on.. thanks again
