My therapist was very helpful getting me through a rough time. She taught me the tools I needed to overcome my anxiety. I highly recommend Riverview Psychological Services and would use their services again if needed.

My experience has been extraordinary!!!! Theses therapists are extremely professional and very very very good at there profession!!! Every single therapist I have experienced there has been amazing deserves 10 stars!!! I would definitely recommend riverview to anyone in need of help!!!
The therapist I called had showed very little interest in helping me, however she told me to call reception to schedule an appointment. Reception then told me they would call me if they can find any availability. I was then told it would be more effective for me to do in person sessions which they are not even sure WHEN will take place. Nor did they give any suggestions on where to go next. Wouldnt the therapist know if she is able to take on new clients? I am very upset to have been given a run around twice. Never coming back here. P.s I noticed someone reviewed one of your psychichatrists and yall say you dont have psychiatrists... NOT UNDER RIVERVIEW BUT YALL HAVE PSYCHIATRISTS IN THE BUILDING THAT YOUR THERAPIST EVEN RECOMMEND TO ME. so dont be lying on google to make yall selves look better. Disgusted with your practice
My phychiatrist,told me in my sessions, how much he cared,didn't want me to do anything to harm myself?,how he worried etc He requested I see another Dr., out of the blue ,after 2years,almost 3 years? my treatment, visits had been going well ,my medications were regulated, spoke freely about my different symptoms, and issues. Never did any followups 1 MONTH later,until I contacted him,to let him know ,about my condition, how depressed,worse my anxiety,manic had gotten, what if I didn't make it with 2 weeks for a visit,I requested my physician....He tells me to try and get an appointment 1st 2 weeks in june,NO...I needed to be seen by my physician. NOT, a hospital.... or suffer.?thats mental health??? I f he concentrated ,more on the issues and professionalism with his patients,rather then anything else.... I am sure his work,would be more GRATIFYING..Sorry
My therapist at Riverview has been tremendously helpful. She has been compassionate while also helping me find and use the skills I need to get through anxiety and depression.
