What an honest and attentive person. Nathan quickly offered to pick our printer up. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the issue. He realized it would likely cost more to repair the device than purchasing a new one. He then showed me some tips to alleviate some of the printing issues to extend the use of the printer. Lastly, he wouldn't take any money. There is hope for mankind!
