Nothing bad to say about this gym...It's small and relatively quiet (which I personally prefer), not normally too crowded, and they have an exceptional variety of equipment for their size. Their prices are the best part of their business though; the other gyms in the area aren't even close when it comes to value. The only gym I have seen that is similar is down near Anaheim.

I have had a great time working out there and all the folks... So Far... are really great! The equipment is in great order and there is a sauna to help burn the fat... I recommend Fitness 19, Newbury Park... for a great price and its local... just a mile away for me...

Cozy little gym with great staff and enough equipments. I understand having \No Towel Service\, but not having Shampoo, Conditioner and soap is quite inconvenient :( Hope they at least add these items in the shower soon.

Pros: next to a Trader Joe's and cheap membership price. Cons: parking is challenging because next to a trader Joe's. Cheap means busy which means you never get on equipment. Clients camp out on equipment all the time. They leave their gym bag or clothing on a piece of equipment or spread across two and \save\it for themselves. It's like an outdoor concert and they are saving a spot for themselves with a beach towel. They then proceed to work put somewhere else in gym. If you try to move their bag or whatever to just do a quick set, they come over and say it's their area. Management does nothing to discourage camping. Although If guests were nicer they would share equipment. Running machines usually 1 or 2 left open if you are lucky. This gym is just oversold period. When you barge less you have to over sell memberships beyond capacity. LA Fitness being built soon, when it opens this should help.
