We bought “local” instead of online and it really paid off! Clint was a great salesman Rob is a great service tech - our treadmill had issues after only a few days and Rob came out promptly and replaced the defective parts

I have to say the staff is the best part of the Fitness Shop. They were incredibly helpful... they actually listened to what I was trying to achieve with my home gym and what I was training for instead of trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. I ended up with some great kettle bells... they even helped me find a set despite being out of stock everywhere else in the city! These guys know how to take care of their customers.

Really like these guys. Have multiple machines from them and send friends and family there frequently. Tom, at the shop is terrific and just had excellent service from Rob. As good as it gets...

Clint was an amazing salesperson and made this very new and out-of-shape runner feel comfortable. He helped me pick out a great starter treadmill and explained the differences between the models so that I could understand. Highly recommend Fitness Shop and when I'm ready to upgrade my treadmill I will definitely be back!

Great staff. Tom very helpful. For my home squat rack and bench decided to go with Tough Stuff brand very durable. Also ordered a Matrix dip chin assist which is awesome. Very happy with home gym.Will be adding more .
