Came in from out of town and needed a gym for a couple days. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Was able to get in and use the weights right away. Much better than the hotel gym! Thanks!!

Screwed me over, signed up and cancelled within the same day because they kept bugging me about stuff. Then put my account in collections and charged me 575 dollars. Took a nice hit to my credit... And I will be damned if they ever get that money. If I could give 0 stars I would
When it comes to customer service this place is a dumpster fire! I loved working with the personal trainers however when I broke my shoulder and needed to cancel my membership this place was a NIGHTMARE. I went to the gym in person and filled out TWO cancellation forms and when they kept charging me I cancelled payment through my bank. My bank disputed the charges and got my money back but now this gym keeps calling saying I owe them money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS GYM!
I have lost weight and that is an absolute good thing. My favorite part is the time with the personal trainers who showed me different exercises to do, and my skirt is looser so I am a happy person! Candy S.
This has been the plan that has given me back my life. I couldn't walk without assistance when I first started and now I'm down over 49 total inches, my hormones are balancing and working like they're supposed to, I'm exercising and climbing a few stairs again! I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn in years! And hubby says he has his bubbly happy wife back! I no longer take prescription pain meds, life is getting better all the time! (And I have the energy to run after our 3 grandbabies, all under 4 years old! )
Horrible customer service! I was a member here for 3 years and am now having the same issues other people had with cancelling. I went in, filled out the cancellation form, and got a copy for myself. I was told it can take up to 30 days. Well I've been charged twice since those 30 days were up! I tried calling the gym with no call back after numerous voicemails. I also contacted the payment processing company who is not much more helpful but is at least looking into it. At this point I'm disputing the charges through my bank because I've been given no other option!!
It's a nice place not too big help is very friendly, helpful.
Signup took over an hour. Constantly trying to sell you something else you don't need. They have a 2 year minimum contract and even after 2 years you are required to give 30 day notice before you quit. (They try to make it as painful as possible to leave in hopes you will stay) Paper towel and sanitation are consistently empty especially on weekends. Highest personal training rate I have ever seen. 24/7 key card only works part of the time so if you go on weekends be ready to pound on the door in hopes someone will let you in. Not included in your membership they charge you a few once per year for equipment upgrades... (even though at least 2 treadmills on any given day don't work) Peak hours are way over crowded... to many people and not near enough space so it's a good thing they are open 24/7 because you will wait to use a machine or will need to come back at 9pm when it dies down. In short you could not pay me to go back. 1 Star is being very generous.
