Very helpful staff in the Service Department. They took time to teach me how to properly clean the tracks for the sunroof, check for debris, and not cause the drain hoses to pop free. Also, they provided thorough answers to each question until I was comfortable with my new knowledge.

There was a wait for the part to arrive from California, however, on the morning that the part arrived , I was informed later in the day that my car was ready for pickup. They did a great job. Someone at the dealership even washed my car. Service was fantastic!

The guys at the service desk where great to talk to and upfront about what I needed. Finished my car in a very reasonable amount of time. Sales floor was not jumping down my neck to sell me a car and could talk about their line of cars in good detail, especially their Mazdas. I used to go to JBA until they stopped selling Mitsubishi.
