My wife and I just bought the 2020 VW Atlas from them! Our sales rep Tania was extremely helpful and so nice! She didn't push and she didn't pry. She worked with us and was extremely nice to our son. Wonderful staff and very efficient. Even the finance process with Luis was quick and easy to work with as well! Highly recommend going to this dealership! They even were able to work with us on getting closest to our asking price!

In mid October of this year, I had what I would classify as a negative experience with the service department at Fitzgerald's Cadillac in which I felt that the Cadillac service dept. was not very helpful in assisting me with resolving a problem with my car. I shortly thereafter submitted my concerns to Fitzgerald in writing and was surprised that the staff reached out to me in a very positive way! the situation went from a negative to a positive very quickly. The experience went so well that I bought a car from Fitzgeralds! I would especially like to acknowledge my sales representative, Mr Anthony Johnson whose professionalism was exemplary. Mr Johnson went out of his way to make my wife and I comfortable throughout the entire process (trading in my old vehicle and purchasing a new one). It was the best experience I've had buying a new car! I would certainly encourage anyone looking to buy a car to check out Fizgerald's Cadillac /VW in Annapolis.

What can I say. I read the reviews drove 1.5 hrs past 2 other VW locations and it was worth it. The service team is professional and courteous. Nice seeing women! My car got it's 10k service. The drive home went with no issues. So far everything is awesome. Less than 45min turn around time and we were out the door. I was able to easily add a special order for an accessory to my service bill, which made it convenient. Thanks a million guys for the great service and friendly faces.
