Great bike shop. I destroyed the derailleur hanger on my Canyon(German brand) bike and every other shop in town just told me they didn't work on them. The guys at Fitzgerald were happy to help and found the part I needed, overnighted it, and installed it all within a couple days. Outstanding service and great mechanics

I had a great experience with the shop - the whole team was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond. My repair issue ended up being covered under warranty which meant they made a lot of effort for minimal fees. i highly recommend the shop and will happily go back

Shipped my high end Moots in from Indiana for a week in Jackson Hole. Upon assembly the Di2 system was completely dead. Dropped it off at a different bike shop in town since they were the only ones open on the 4th who had it for 5 hours and tried to tell me the battery was shot and wanted to order me a new one for 250. I declined and asked for my bike back. Waited for Fitzgerald’s to open the following day. Called them at 10 and was on my bike riding before Noon. Simply a wire that was damaged in shipping. Also walked away with a ton of free local knowledge. Top notch shop, with top notch staff who know their stuff. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Came with my fat tire bike on vacation. Before I arrived, a tire went flat. I stopped here and called to ask for an appointment, hoping that they could find a time soon for me and that they would have a fat tire tube. They quickly fixed it right then. Thanks to Bart and the team!
