They only have self check out counters - yet have an employee during a “pandemic” stand 3 ft directly behind you “shoulder surfing” as you check out. I felt very much as if the associate assumed I was stealing standing so close staring at my every move directing me on the screen when I can clearly read...We need cashiers back, not shoulder surfers.

I don't think I've ever been in a Five Below that felt totally organized. This store is no exception and while there are "sections" where similar items are grouped (like electronics), you can walk to another area and find more or less the same category of item. Items were not sorted on racks and I can't blame that on customers because it was a problem going deep into the rack. Plus this particular location didn't seem to care how many people were in the store despite capacity restrictions for COVID-19. The flow of the checkout line cause everyone to kind of bunch up and block the main walkway through the middle of the store
