My experience at Five Star Chevrolet on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins, GA was nothing less than fabulous! My salesperson, Mr. Noah Williams was absolutely delightful, professional and on top of everything. I was very nervous about buying a new car and he was able to alleviate those fears. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me detailed information on my choices. After deciding on my 2021 Chevrolet Equinox, he handed me over to the finance manager Chad who was also very delightful and professional. Neither of them were aggravated or short with me with the numerous questions (some repeated) I asked them. The entire staff was very welcoming as well and all congratulated me on my purchase. I would recommend them for all of your automotive needs!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Suburban. Stopped in to Five Star Chevrolet to look at and possibly test drive one. Noah Williams (salesman) met us right away and was nothing but pleasant and accommodating! He was very good at listening to what we were looking for without trying to push us in a different direction. Although it took us several weeks to come to a final decision, Noah and Jeremy Shaughnessy stayed in touch and had great follow-up during that time. Today, we took delivery of our Suburban and couldn't be more happy with the way we were treated through the entire process from start to finish! The entire staff at Five Star was great. My experience today was flawless. I seen the vehicle I was interested in and Paul McIntyre contacted me right away. I informed him of my desire to purchase a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premiere with less than 30k miles. He provided just that, sent over all my pre-approved paperwork and Paul did the rest. In and out in less than 3 hours. No haggle or hassle with the entire buying process. I give them a 10 out of 10. Paul McIntyre is the man!

I responded to a email to schedule a service appointment on line and did so 2/24 one hour before closing and got no response so I showed up at the dealer for service on 2/25 at the requested time . I was meet by one of your services representative and I stated the items I wanted them to check which included oil change, an outstanding recall issue and a app issue with the trailering app I explained in detail. She said they would fit me in.after 2 hours they had changed the oil and rotated the tires but had no one to check on the app issue and I would have to reschedule an appointment and instructed me to call Monday for a possible service appointment. I call this morning and got no answer, wanted me to leave a message.
