I cannot say enough great things about this place! I went there for the first time this weekend to buy fabric for my wedding ceremony decor and the owner Arshad was such a gem! Extremely nice guy and helped me find the best fabric for what I wanted to do! Also prices are amazing there! Definitely recommend!!

Love this place. The quality of the fabric is amazing. And the service by the owner is excellent. I would really recommend for you to get and shop here for your fabric or sewing needs. I give it more than a five star I give it a ten.. ( these are the fabric I bought and made dresses for my dance girls) Red satin fabric, gold for the belts, violet n blue stretching fabric for reversal el dress)

Came here for the first time, due to needing a last minute dress for a special occasion. I had an idea of what I wanted, but have never bought fabric before. With that being said prior to coming here I went to a big box fabric store and received absolutely no help. I am so grateful I found this gem. Mr. Naqvi is what makes this store quite a gem. He truly cares about the community and wants to ensure that they are happy and confident with their purchases. He'll take his time with you and answer any questions you may have. He also provided me advice and gave me his card if I had any troubles while sewing. His prices are very reasonable and you can tell he's a man who is here for the community. I highly recommend.
