We received excellent customer service. You had a storage unit available in the size that we were looking for. Your pricing was very competitive. We also love the first month free discount. And all the units and the hallways were immaculate and temperature controlled, which was something that we were looking for.

I am not happy with them. They raised the rent and never sent an email or a letter to my place about it. And the the last few times I had been there, the exit gate is wide open and I never see Security there. I don't feel like my stuff is safe and I will be looking for a new Storage company before the end of this month.
