Best yoga & fitness studio in town! Amazing teachers, studio, and overall vibe. Extremely organized, with their own app to easily sign up for classes. The studio was recently renovated so everything looks so clean and new. They even have on demand and live online classes included with the membership to take yoga/Pilates/HIIT/barre at home or while traveling. Love this place!

This is my favorite yoga studio in Flagstaff!! The studio is beautiful and clean. I love the vibe of the space and staff. The instructors are all unique, personable and just amazing humans. I’m a huge fan of hot yoga and going to this studio consistently has changed my life. Highly recommend!
Love the yoga sequences and the instructors at the Flagstaff studio! Hope they get approval to reopen soon.
