Three full days after my father's passing in hospice at our home, we are still waiting for this company to pick up the bed and supplies. We were told from multiple dispatchers that this equipment would be picked up nearly immediately. Despite numerous calls, they have continued to feed lies that we are \first on the list\ or ext in line\. This is an incredibly difficult time that should be focused on family and yet we are dealing with this mess and constantly having to view reminders of my father's last moments.

The 2 young men who delivered a bed and oxygen tank to my dying friend today, the hottest day of 2016 so far, were incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything and put my friend, her carer and this reviewer at ease at one of life's most difficult times. I cannot praise them highly enough for their stellar work and compassionate attitude.
