My favorite store for my art hobby
I’m giving Michael’s a 2 right now due to their lack of a safe plan during a pandemic holiday. There were a couple issues at this store. First there were absolutely no carts available to be able to shop. But most importantly, it was packed with a very long line indoors. No control over how many in the store at a time. Saw this at several of their stores. Lots of tracing is showing a rise in cases due to in person shopping despite masks. I feel for those employees in closed environment all day every day. Company should look at protocols.
One cashier ,long wait on line , employees not friendly.employee was annoyed that she had to unlocked a item that I wanted to buy.
