You employees are excellent. Very respectful and they always pick up around the same time of day. You guys way better than Blue Diamond. There is no comparison. I wouldn't use anyone other than Waste Management again. Thank for the great service.

The men are obviously trying to keep the noise down and are returning the lids to the cans. This is greatly appreciated by us. These actions are what develops brand loyalty and is why we like WM. If you could please extend our Thanks to the individuals responsible. Thank you
I have no complaints about WM. I find it to be reliable and for the most part, lets me know when there will be a delay or skipped pickup for various reasons. Lately, they have been picking up later in the day which is better for us, as we are in bear territory. I would prefer to put the trash out the night before but that's not a good idea when bears are around. Other companies pick up so early that trash must be put out the evening before or extremely early in the morning. I have considered other companies, but WM still is the best choice for me.
Our garbage men who come are AWESOME!! they are prompt and leave the cans neatly for us.
Of course it smells like trash, I just give respect to anybody that has to deal with our waste
