Once more, my packages have arrived at their destinations on time or early. Breakable items were packaged carefully at the store and were delivered safely. They also carry a great selection of greeting cards! I am very happy with the friendly, professional, convenient services Flashmail provides Mt. Vernon, and I highly recommend this business.

Mr Singh at Flashmail is really nice and helpful. We've been using his service for years. He can pack and ship anything under the sun- we ship a lot of artwork and we totally trust him to pack and ship it safely.
Let me preface by saying I don't desire to talk ill of or vent about this business; this is my honest feedback. I love that I have a place to mail, ship, print, notarize, etc., things right in my own neighborhood. This is convenient, at least in theory, and I have used this location for three services so far: 1. Return federal government property. I was told by my previous employer I could go to any location that accepts UPS shipments and use the federal agency's shipping account to charge the return of the property (no cost to me). So I came to this location. The price was higher than what I was quoted by going online to UPS. Then I was told here that they do not accept UPS accounts to charge, so I had to pay upfront. My previous employer mentioned after the fact that this is not normal, and I felt I was overcharged. I should have gone to a full-UPS location. 2. Renew passport. This was the one painless task I did at this location that went as expected. I appreciated how easy that was here. 3. Purchase stamps. I came here today to buy two books (20 stamps each) of stamps, so I could send Christmas cards. Given stamps are 0.55 each, I was expecting to pay 11/book or 22 total. The first price I was quoted sounded like 40. WHAT? So I was, like, hold on. That's 1 a stamp. Then the owner told me it was 28 (this comes out to 14/book). That's quite a surcharge, but he told me it was a convenience fee. I should have gone to a full-USPS location. Anyway, that is all to say, the prices and practices here seem to work for some people - if you're willing to pay extra for convenience. But to me, with the exception of passport services, I am not impressed with the location and will likely try other places out.
Great service here! I came by to notarize some documents which they did without appointment and while I waited. It took less than 10 minutes. Then we sent the documents out UPS and they made me a copy. One stop shop!
Such an awesome little shop to get all of your mail and notary and package sending needs. UPS, FedEx USPS and much more. The guy who runs the place is incredibly pleasant.

I can not stress enough how much I love the team at Flashmail! I use them multiple times a month to do mass mailings for my job. They are fast and always willing to accommodate my crazy needs. I highly recommend them for all of your mailing needs!
I have to say, I read previously posted reviews and thought “How can a postal service give exceptional customer service so much that people felt the need to comment”. Well I found out by going to the store. Owner was super helpful and made sure I was paying the lowest rate and explaining the entire process. So different from my usual experiences. Kudos and please keep this small business in business. This store is terrific!
