I have never had such consistent, quality customer support from a company and an overall great experience. We purchased a Haas SMM2 from Gerotech and had a lot of weird dynamics to work around, such as having to disassemble the machine to get it into the building we are in. Through disassembly, reassembly, adding an auger later on, and a minor issue that was immediately taken care of, Gerotech was on the ball. Lanny with sales, and both Doug and Greg with the tech side have all been great. Every contact has been timely, there has been good communication, friendly service, and each time they are happy to educate me along the way and I walk away with more information and peace of mind than I had hoped for.
