A couple years ago, my best friend from FL, called the. shop to place an order for an arrangement she saw online. This was an arrangement that was supposed to have cheered me up, due to the anniversary of losing my son in June. Supposedly the owner was out of town. The flowers were delivered to me. I sent a pic with a reluctant thank you to my bestie. She said that that was NOT was she ordered. The arrangement was pathetic. A very dusty dirty green glass vase with red and black flannel ribbon, again with the wrong arrangement. When I called the shop , some gal answered the phone and informd that said she was filling.in while the owner was out of town. After the owner returned, I called back. She sent another arrangement But the moment and sentiments my friend had in mind were definitely tarnished by this business. I have requested my friend or anyone else use this business.

Tried placing an order with this shop and no one competent in the store to take the order. The owner left to go out on deliveries and left someone who knows nothing in charge. When I asked questions the sales person became annoyed and rude. I asked her to call the owner and ask her a question about the order I wanted to place and that I would call back in 10 min. to find out the answer. When I called back they wouldn't even answer the phone. Totally unprofessional. Will take them off my list never to use in this delivery area.
Ordered flowers for my wife today while I am out of town. The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 3pm today. Well they are now closed and they have my money and no flowers for my wife!!! I do not recommend this place!!
Fantastic silk florals. I ordered a funeral header and the silks are wonderfully done.
Delivery time was fast and as promised, the price was reasonably affordable but I ordered a colorful yellow arrangement for my mom for mothers day and noted in the comments to the florist \if flowers not in stock please use bright and colorful flowers in place of those not available\... the bouquet arrived and it was white and light pink flowers. :( It was pretty but I really wanted to have bright spring colors as my mom had been going through a hard time. She loved them and it brightened her day. Thanks.
