I do not recommend this place for any driver needing repairs. Took 3 1/2 hours for a simple trailer roof tear. Not one person spoke English. All communications had to be done with translation app.

The tire they sold us is blown 100 miles away from it was replaced. they refused to honor any customer service. instead of insinuations you can just do good service and be a nice person. but the way you do business will not bring you to success. By the way, by leaving comments on my business it will not hurt me at all, since nobody searching my services through the google. on your end your main source of business IS GOOGLE. so YOU SHOULDE BE worry about people leaving bad reviews.
Arrive at shop for marker light , tail light and ABS not working... 5 hours later and told ABS light now works but have not found the problem for other lights. Put a stop to the work. told was given a good deal to help us out 675.00 .. 1/2 hour down the road and ABS light back on. Still no marker or tail lights. Went to another shop. Tail lights and Marker lights fixed in 45 minutes. Not Impressed... The response that was posted is not surprising. I received ONE phone call that my driver was interfering with the tech. So i called the driver to discover the techs were crawling in and out of his truck stating the issue might be stemmed from there , when all the other light on the trailer were working so obviously that would not be the case. He unhooked from the trailer and never talked to a tech again.. After more time elapsed and no diagnoses of the issue we left. And yes the problem was solved in 45 minutes at the new shop.. It was a broken wire at the back of the trailer as the driver tried to explain but was ignored. When i called to find out what was taking so long i was told the issue appears to be in the truck and the techs were working on it. The driver had been unhooked from the trailer 2 hours prior to this conversation and i mentioned that and was told Oops i meant the trailer. It was at that point i told them to stop working on it and we were leaving. I have been in the trucking industry for a long time and your gut tells you when things are not right ... This one definitely one of those times !
DO MOT USE!!! DISHONEST COMPANY AND OWNER WILL NOT Reply ! I am a woman and I am also in Tennessee so it was super easy to target and and take advantage of me! Fleet Masters overcharged for parts and labor that were not preformed nor put on my trailer. I was charged 4,633 for an axel 1 tire and new breaks in which there were multiple repeated charges. Then the day I had someone I hired to pick up the trailer I was informed that the winch they thought they could repair instead of replace could not be repaired so they were going to have to buy an entire new winch system. He first said that it was going to be 785 and then he called the part store and they came down to 485. I still do not have the trailer it is still in Florida because it is not safe to drive from Florida to Tennessee. Thank goodness the gentleman who hauled the trailer to his house in Florida has sent me several photos including the winch that they “replaced” but it is still the old rusted one that was on there when Fleet Masters took it in. Unfortunately I did a wire transfer for the 4633 but the other 500 charge was disputed on my credit card and I will be going to the court system to sue them to get the rest of my money back.
Very unpleasant experience. Called them to open valve cover on the engine and close it. Simple as abcd. But not for them. First they demanded payment upfront, which never happened to me before. Then the guy showed up with zero English and couldn't communicate at all. After that i requested to put tape around the wire but was told it's to late, it's actually 15min late because his technician is booked and not going to do that. That's fine. Problem appears now wharf truck start driving - he didn't screw it down completely so oil is going out all over the engine. Was going to talk to the owner but after receiving pictures doesn't pickup phone... RE: as i expected the owner would not call me back resolve the matter on top of that he would blame you back in reply of my review. like he thinks it will benefit him, and for some reason people would think that I'm wrong and of course he is right. unfortunately will disappoint you since people will see that you do extremely poor job but on top of that you can not fix what you did. I see you have time to reply review but have no single intension to pickup phone when I called you 5 times.
Definitely do not use this company for anything. they just build in service time to avoid the address the real problem
bad rude people. charge you a lot for simple service which other shop would do much cheaper. do not use!!! beware!!!
