I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes twice the 1st time I called I was hung up on. I refuse to call them again I will purchase a vehicle ATV Can-Am somewhere else

Sales members are inattentive and come off bothered by customers. Once we made the purchase we were informed bike would not be ready for hours. Only response was we are busy.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrific experience ordering parts. Made an order over the phone was told parts were in stock and I would receive them by the end of the week. Come Saturday and no parts. Made a call to parts department and was told he couldn't look up orders, the computer can't do that. After pressing him a little he finally looked up my order and said he couldn't help because the shipping department only works Monday to Friday and was located in a different building. Even though \Ricky \ claimed to be the only person in parts department he said whoever placed my order on Tuesday wasn't him. Needless to say, I was charged for parts that never shipped. Total waste of my time. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Really good selection of utvs ATVs and dirt bikes. They even have a couple of things that are produced in America I'm not China
Paid cash for Kawasaki Mule. They said it would be ready the following Saturday. When we went to pick it up with our trailer at the time he told us to be therewe had to wait an hour and a half while they prepped it. Bad business don't pay cash
