I went here with my wife with the intentions of buying a pellet stove. The sales woman was very dismissive and seemed to be bothered by my questions. We left and purchased a unit elsewhere. I would suggest saving your time and looking elsewhere.

Wood heat provided very good and prompt service. We are new to wood and pellet stoves and it was a good experience. It was placed inside a raised hearth wood box fireplace (not real brick). I had an initial dissatisfaction with the install and chimney hood but after it was fixed it has been a pleasure. He gave me a nice break on a pallet for my troubles so they are of their word. Today is 2/25/2020 and we started firing it up Nov. 5, 2019, we used about 1 bag per day with thermostat set at 69, and gone through about 112 bags so far - give or take. My house is old and about 2,400 sq. feet so insulation is not the best, and it heats it very nicely on both floors. Highest gas bill has been only 110.00, otherwise negligible. I would recommend Wood Heat and the Trekker Pellet Stove.
