The owner of Flemington Yamaha passed away in the beginning of December. The business is currently under some sort of litigation, and no one has been inside since before the holiday. Contact the corporate customer relations of the manufacturer for your unit if you need documents/information from the dealer.

I have ordered online from them a few times in the past with good luck, However this last experience has convinced me to shop elsewhere for parts. I placed a sizable parts order on 12-11-19, received the parts on 12-16, so shipping was fast and the order was correct. That's about where the good experience ended. After reassembling the machine I was working on, I had a few parts that I ended up not using. The invoice that came with the order (see attached) clearly states that all parts must be returned within 30 days. I placed a call on Jan 6th to discuss how to go about returning the unused parts. Was unsuccessful at getting anyone to answer the phone after multiple attempts. Someone finally called me back on 1-9. I advised that I would like to return some parts and was told that per the terms and conditions on the website I only had 12 days to return the parts. I explained that my invoice clearly stated that I had 30 days. The gentlemen I spoke with advised he would speak with the manager and call me right back, I still have not received a call. Beware in ordering parts from these guys, you'll probably receive them in a timely manner but you'll likely be in for a fight should you need to return anything.

I bought a motorcycle from these guys five years ago and it was a great experience. I remember walking in and taking my time to look at the bikes in the showroom. No pushy salesman trying to sell me the latest and greatest. There were a couple bikes I was looking at and when I was ready to pull the trigger, I asked Matt for help and he coached me through the process and answered all my questions. I was out the door in no time. The bike was prepped later that day or the following day (don't remember). Love the bike, still have it, and loved the experience. Fast forward 5 years to the present. I brought my friend in this past May or June to help him find a new helmet. We spent some time looking at the new bikes they had and my friend was instantly drawn to one. He decided he wanted to purchase it (with no prior intention of purchasing a new motorcycle as he already had one, albeit a bit older) and Matt was there again to now help my friend through the process. His experience was the same as mine was 5 years ago- seamless. A couple weeks later, I brought my bike in to have two tires replaced and a safety check done. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time so they could be prepared and took care of it in the exact time frame they gave me. Workmanship was excellent (I think the wheels were cleaner than when it was dropped off) and I was in and out during drop-off and pick-up. I had not read their reviews until today while checking their business hours and was completely surprised at the negativity. It is evident by the tone in some of these reviews that the employees are dealing with some angry people who probably aren't angry because of their experience, but angry at life. If you go there with a poor attitude to start, you're probably going to have a bad experience. Customers make mistakes and businesses make mistakes, but these guys are good.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR \SUZUKIPART.COM\!! Note that there us no way to check the status of your order on their site. Warning flag #1. Like previous reviewers, I ordered parts online. This was through \Suzukipart.com\. I recieved no confirmation, no shipping info, and no parts. They DID, however, have no second thoughts about charging me for the nonexistent parts. BOTH numbers for Suzukipart.com come back to Flemington Powersports on Google. The \Check Order Status\ number just says the \mailbox is full\. The \Order Parts\ number just rings and rings. AND, the charge on my card was from \XTREME POWERSPORTS\, which the owner admitted is affiliated with Flemington Powersports in a reply to a previous review. I'm assuming that these reviews calling it out for the scam it is are the main reason why they created a fake \clone\ website at Suzukipart.com. it makes it much harder to easily find these reviews warning of a scam. Complete and utter scam. I have reported this to my home state Attorney General's Fraud office, the NJ Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission. Con artists like this cannot get away with scamming hard-working people out of their money.

Where to begin. I was looking hard to get my hands on a specific model, and this is the only Yamaha dealer that was relatively close to me that had one in stock. I read some bad reviews of this place before going but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Went inside and saw they had what I wanted on the floor. I was cross shopping and looking at others on the floor and not a single employee came by to ask if I could be helped. I had to go up to the desk and ask if I could get a test ride of the model I was interested in. Was told that they cannot prep the bike for me and that I had to make an appointment at least a week out. I said fine. Since I am going to be making an appointment so far out can I also get another model I was cross shopping prepped for that day so that I can test ride both. I was told if they had to prep both bikes that I had to put at least a 500 deposit down. I asked if I am test riding the bike why would I put a deposit down. The point of a test ride is to determine if I want to buy the bike. A deposit is made AFTER I decide I want to buy. At this point I had already decided I would not be purchasing from them as they seemed very reluctant to let me even test ride. But I went along with it anyway. To set up the appointment I was asked if I had my motorcycle license. Yes I do. Then I was asked if I had taken the motorcycle safety course (I did, but in my head I though what does that matter to them if I have my license) to which I answered yes anyway, and then was told that I need to bring in my safety course completion card. That was the absolute last straw. Clearly they did not want my business. So I wound up purchasing a bike elsewhere. And I will never step foot in this place again. I was helped the second I walked in the door at the place I wound up purchasing at (Metuchen Ducati). They got my business that day, I bought the bike cash.
