They sold me a 2008 Saab 9-3. The seller JR was great and I recommend anyone seeking a car to go through him. He was very accommodating and took my old junker off my hands. However they sold me a vehicle very unsafe for the road. The brake system was mushy, there was barely any coolant in it, it leaked oil all over the downpipe, and both headlights didn't work. On top of that, the interior was falling apart, the paint was fading, tire system was broken, only one brake bulb worked, the whole car wobbled violently above 35mph, and shortly after buying it one of the ignition coils died. All of this for a whopping 3,400, which is almost DOUBLE the price you can get a used, clean, functional 9-3 off Facebook marketplace. Since buying I've spent a lot of time and money restoring this car and I love it to death, but I can't believe they sell vehicles that are downright dangerous without addressing the issues, and with a ridiculously high price for a used Saab.

Jennifer Moses, was the service writer for my oil change and coolant flush appointment. She knew what my appointment was for, asked why I wanted a coolant flush, after I explained I could smell coolant but never see any on the ground or experience overheating issues. Jennifer suggested I do a pressure test to look for leaks. Sure enough, they found a loose clamp and that is why I was smelling coolant outside of my running Yukon. She then updated me on some issues found during my appointment. She had the costs listed with each of the three issues ready for me when I came in. Her friendliness and overall knowledge of her position makes her an asset to your company, and a return customer out of me! As a matter of fact, my Yukon is back in your shop today to correct the issues she listed on Friday!

My salesman, Charlie, did everything perfectly in the leasing of my new Q5 from Fletch's. He found my new lease at another dealer, had it sent to Fletch's for check up and prep and then delivered my car to me while returning my previous Q5 to the dealership. It really was a dreamlike experience for salesmanship and customer service. I couldn't be happier and have committed myself to being a Fletch's customer for a long time!

I purchased a 2017 Denali HD from Fletch's. With this being my 4th new vehicle purchase in my life I can say this was my absolute BEST experience by far. The team was wonderful. Chris Mckay was not your typical salesman, He is a genuine person who represents you very well. The same can be said for the Finance Manager Michelle Whisker who worked very hard at getting me the best deal possible and treated me with the utmost kindness.
