I called to see how much it would cost to get a vest stitched and was told 40 dollars. I confirmed by asking the man on the phone if there would be any additional fee’s and he told me there wouldn’t be and that it would cost 40 for each item. Than he tells me there is going to be a 60 dollar digitizing fee and tells me it will be extra for larger print after driving a half hour to get there for a Christmas gift. I drop off the items anyway for the sake of Christmas and he tells me to come back in 2 days and my gifts will be ready. I came back 4 days later and he says that it’s still not ready and won’t be for a while. I don’t usually write bad reviews yet this needed to be done.

Everything we asked Erkin to do he said he couldn’t do! He wouldn’t step out of his comfort zone and told us what he thought would work best! He said if we ask for a design he didn’t think would work, it would be on us! I don’t recommend this store! They can only print on Gildan tees which are 100% cotton. Our shirt was 100% cotton as well so I’m confused! This store isn’t for creatives!

Ordered a T-shirt two days ago. Went over with the gentleman that evening what I was looking for on my shirt. He informed me that he machine was broken and would be fixed by the next day. He had my phone numbers to give me a call. The next day- no call. I walked over there after work and was told the machine was still broken (after he was trying to find the T-shirt I had selected) and that my item would be done the next day. I went once again after work, not having received a call the the shirt was done, and the back of it included information I did not agree upon. The other gentleman working was unhelpful and said he could fix it within an hour. Due to another engagement I had to get to, I did not have the time to wait an hour not even a half hour. The lack of professionalism and customer service is very disappointing considering (for a T-shirt) it was 40 tax. Not the kind of service I would expect for a T-shirt being charged that much. Needless to say, I will be going to other businesses in the mall to see (and hope) their service is better.

Flexy saved the day! When our online order couldn’t be here for Halloween we tried to get print our own tshirts. Although our art work wasn’t the best quality they worked around to make it sharp. They were fast and efficient. The quality of the work was good, pricing was good too
