I had a sudden and dramatic brake malfunction on a Friday afternoon. The guys at Flinn squeezed me in with extremely short notice, communicated extremely well and completely replaced my brake pads, shoes, and rotors all in just a few hours on a Friday, and even stayed late to make sure I could pick up my car before the weekend. Absolutely excellent top notch service, I won't be taking my car anywhere else in SLC.

I planned a two week vacation to the Grand Tetons from California stopping in Salt Lake for two days for Evermore Park. As we were leaving Utah and entering Wyoming, my Jeep lost all power and I was towed back to Flinn Automotive. Turns out I needed a new engine. Mike was amazing! He explained the problem to me and gave me options. He worked through Pioneer Days to install my new engine in less than a week, knowing that I was stranded and desperate to have some sort of vacation. I completed my vacation and made it back to California with no additional problems. My car runs like a champ now! Thanks Mike and Flinn Automotive. Nice to know you can count on honesty and work ethic in an unfamiliar city.

Mike is great, very honest and the quality of service is amazing! Just wanted to give an update. Went back for service today (1/14/21) and the car was done before I could finish having breakfast at home! There was a miscommunication on what I wanted specifically but Mike made it right. This is why I like coming here! You’d be foolish to go anywhere else. Service is stellar, and the work is quality and fast. I would give this place a 10/5 if I could!

I trust these folks with my life. They treat my friends the same way. They will not up sell or make up stuff. Honesty is their stock in trade. These folks are family.
