The owner and his wife are the only employees so the store is severely understaffed. To make things worse they are extremely rude and very un helpful. They pressure you into making purchases and you do not feel welcome in the store. Everything seems extremely overpriced and you could get much better items for less on amazon or at other stores. The stores layaway policy is absolutely horrible, they charge a 45 dollar re stocking fee if you are unable to come to get your item on time, they charge an additional 10 fee if you have to make a late payment on an item, and even worse, if you have to cancel a layaway they will not give you your money back in cash, only in store credit. My advice is do not shop here under any circumstance.

ATTENTION!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I bought my daughter's winter coat on Sept 27th the guy wrapped it in plastic and I took it home. My daughter wore it for the 1st time today, after picking her up from school my husband and I noticed the coat was peeling, so instead of going home we decided to go straight to the store. Once there we told/showed the older gentleman the coat. He first said this never happened before, then he said it was nothing he could do. So I already had a coat in layaway, but since he decided that he couldn't work with us I decided I wasn't going to get my coat that was in layaway. So I told him that I didn't want the coat that I had in layaway. He tells me that he's not going to return my money but he'll give me a in store credit. I was livid!!! I told him that's not what he told me when I put the coat in layaway he said that I would lose 35 and that's it. He goes on to talk about how his store has been in business for over 20 years and blah, blah, blah..... Long and very exhausting story short!!! He only refunded me 30 from my coat in layaway and wouldn't exchange my daughter's coat. This man is a fraud!!! Please Please Please don't waste your time and hard earned money in this store.
