I think if you’re offering curbside, the wait shouldn’t be this extreme. I watched several cars come & go. I had to not only use my link but call to find out why? They still didn’t just know my order, had to detail what I bought

Very helpful Did an 80s party
It was okay. Not terrible. Seemed like everyone was irritated with one another, so the friendliness was missing and they were short with me, except the young lady who rung me up. She was pretty friendly.
I wouldn't go here if I was in a hurry and it was the last place on Earth Miller road party store over this place any day I got balloons for my daughter's birthday that were marked up 1200%. Everything in stores overpriced I don't even know how they stay open people are nice tho but I'd recommend Miller road
My experience was good today the only thing I had a problem with is that, I had bought balloons that were still in package that I got off Amazon. I came to have them filled since when I called, the directory stated that you are still filling up out side balloons (that are not bought in store). When I came up to the counter, the lady told me you were not doing out side balloons due to “COVID”. So I was a bit irritated since my drive was 45 min, I did my shopping and came back up to the counter to order my other supplies. I asked if they took cash since that’s all I had, and she said of course! Mind you, she was not wearing any gloves, she took my cash and I asked her to please explain to me on how you can’t fill my unopened balloons but can still take cash out of my hands with out wearing gloves? She just stated she didn’t know and that’s the rules! Maybe you should really think about your so called rules when it comes to the spread of “covid”. You have customers who walk through out the store and touch everything, while you have staff members who are stocking and moving things that another customer just touched this is all with out wearing gloves. Just saying instead of pushing paying customers away, maybe think about the whole situation or change your recording on your directory. Thanks
