The first thing I have to say is that Floor Coverings International was very accommodating to our requests. For example, I wanted to install hard wood flooring in the entire house, 1400sqft plus 14 stairs. Since we needed to move the furniture to do this massive job, I wanted to have painters paint the house while everything was being moved anyway. Why do this twice? The team at Floor Coverings International worked with the painters and everything worked out great. In addition to that major concern the process went well. A few unforeseen things did come up as is expected in a large project. For example, the molding on the stairs was not something that we had thought about. The day before the stairs were about to be installed we were approached and asked how we wanted to proceed. The team came up with several options and there wasn't any additional cost involved when we decided to go with the molding. The painters painted the trim on the stairs the day after the installation was complete. However, when the installers returned to address another issue they took pictures of the completed project. The most impressive thing was that six weeks after the project was already completed and paid for they returned to fix a door that was rubbing on the floor. That is dedication to the project and we appreciate that dedication.

Floor Coverings International was quick to respond to our inquiry. They did a great job removing our existing carpet and linoleum, and replacing it with new linoleum. We were very pleased that they did not cut any corners, doing all the appropriate prep work and caulking for a complete job.
