Flooring and More is the only flooring store I'd ever want to deal with. Easy process, very knowledgeable and great installers! I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul instore. Paul knows his flooring! We were in a pretty big time crunch with my wife getting out of the hospital and having cancer. The owner of Flooring and More, Ed, called me and was very concerned with her condition and also made sure to coordinate his installers and delivery of carpet with my needs so it could get done before she got out. I enjoyed working with the Flooring and More staff to help pick out the perfect floor for our new pelvic floor clinic in Lee's Summit. They were extremely quick with installation and did a fabulous job!
We were about to schedule Home Depot to install new flooring in our house when John Faulkeberry with Flooring and More replaced some carpet at my place of employment. We had him make a bid and he was able to beat the Home Depot bid and offer us better quality flooring. His attention to detail and guidance in flooring selection was calming in an otherwise overwhelming project. The installers who came were wonderful (Jeremy and crew,) going above and beyond to get the job done well. Two months into our new flooring, we can say we love the carpet and vinyl flooring we chose. We highly recommend Flooring and More and John Faulkenberry.

We came looking for pricing ideas to put carpet in our second bedroom/nursery. The staff was super friendly, and they showed us their carpet remnant section which had great carpet for an amazing price! We didn't expect to buy a carpet today, but we couldn't beat the deal. He also listened to our needs and showed us what we didn't know we were looking for! They also offered to deliver it for us since we had no easy way of getting it and the padding to our house. This place is phenomenal, and we will definitely be going here for all of our flooring needs from now on.
