This is the place to go for all your flooring needs. The customer service is beyond outstanding. There is a woman whom works there by the name of Lana, and her customer service skills are outstanding. My husband is a contractor and always has so many questions from the homeowners. She answers them all quickly, efficiently and with such a positive attitude. We will be forever customers.

I have now dealt with Flooring America twice and I have been very satisfied both times. The last time was Monday of this past week, and the installation crew did a fantastic job in what I thought was a somewhat unique and difficult situation. They moved 20 file cabinets out of one room, removed existing carpeting from that room and another, including the old rubber-back glued down carpet that was under in top layer. They then installed new pad and carpet, put back all the file cabinets, and were done in under 6 hours. I would clearly go to Flooring America again.

We were impressed not only by their huge selection of quality carpets, but also by their extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and their helpfulness and professionalism. We are picky customers and they encouraged us to take home dozens of samples, advised us on quality and design and installation. Joan C was an amazing manager, communicating via email and quickly developing proposals. After we finally chose our carpet, installation was scheduled quickly (even though we live 70 miles from the store!) and seamlessly. The installers were true pros: punctual, clean, knowledgeable. The installation was impeccable and we are thrilled with our final product!! Thank you Joan and everyone at Flooring America!

Flooring America Design Center was the first company we have dealt with that did their job flawlessly and to perfection. Joan Cocuzzo and her son Anthony were fabulous helping us to pick the perfect carpeting for our home. Their installers Derek and Ronnie were experts and only aimed to please. We cannot even find a seam anywhere in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. Having been the team chiropractor for the 5X Patriot Super bowl Champions for the past 35 years, I have come to acknowledge competency and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone with assurances that you will get great pricing, amazing installation and the best customer service. We have bought all of our carpets from George and Joan for the last 45 years since they started out in a little store in Franklin, MA. The quality has always been so good that the rugs don't ever wear out - we just feel it's time for a change. Love their showrooms (I've been to all three) which are amazing and have everything one could want and more. The only problem is that there are so many beautiful carpet selections, it is hard to pick something out because I want them all!! This is a family owned and operated business and they couldn't be more knowledgeable or helpful. They will let you browse as long as you like and answer any questions you have without hanging over your shoulder which is a huge plus for me. The installers (Ronnie and Derrick) were friendly and polite and did a wonderful job of laying and installing our carpet.

Been there last week to shop for hardwood flooring. No one was available at the store to provide any help. One lady was there at the front desk, greeted us and went inside and did not come back for almost 15-20 minutes. Seems they don't want any business.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. When I called about a question I had about installation cost breakdown ( which was DOUBLE the cost of the carpet) the sales associate Jan, had no knowledge of how much anything cost. When I asked to speak to the owner/ manager Joan. I was immediately yelled at and made to feel " dumb", when she repeated over and over again, " Am I clear?!" "What is so hard to understand?!?" Clearly, she has no respect or consideration for a new customer. I chose not to do the install with her company and if I could please have my 50 back. After almost 8 minutes of Joan raising her voice to me, I finally decided to forfeit the 50. It isn't worth being scolded and talked to like a child. Very disappointed.
