This company is top notch for an internet provider! I personally have had no issues with customer support. In fact Rickie handled my questions and concerns professionally and timely. Do not let a few bad eggs ruin your opinion of this great service and value!

The speed of internet is not fast even tho I have fastest package. Only 1 using it and tv still will not work right. Been customer off and on for long time. Always been this way

After calling to make an appointment, about one week later thier techs came to my house to install the new RF internet. The team were responsive to my recommendations and desires. Within one hour we were up and running! The only disappointment I had was related to the times. I was asked the questions of the day because of the virus. They were \Safe\ to show up to work. However, the techs did not wear masks or gloves. They were in and out of my house and close to me to sign the paperwork... then off to next appointment... So, what is wrong with this picture? Bspeedy needs to keep people safe as well as their employees. Procedures need to be altered.

I was recommended to try Bspeedy by some existing customers. I'm highly satisfied with the customer service and prompt response back with tech support related questions. The install crew was professional and the install work looks professional and well done. There have been some inconsistent speed issues with the new connection and I have contacted the company twice and both times the employees that I spoke to were kind and respectful and genuinely wanted fix my issues. The tech reset my tower and monitored my line for the weekend with instructions to contact him the following work week. Having done so, we determined that the issue was on my router set up. He wasn't rude or pompous about wasting his time with an issue that wasn't his to fix as all the equipment on his end was operating correctly. He offered genuine helpful information and pointed me on the correct path to resolve the issue with instructions to contact him if there were any issues that he could further help with or questions that I may have. I will be recommending Bspeedy to friends and family and I look forward to several years of great service.
